Returns must be returned within 20 calendar days from the date you receive your order for a refund to be granted. Your refund will be made within 15 calendar days from the date we receive your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 30 calendar days from the date your receive your order.
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned.
For the health and safety of our employees, no returns of worn items will be accepted. We do not accept returns on intimate garments containing a crotch (panties, thongs, bodysuits, teddies, g-strings, etc.) if the item is tried on or worn. Additionally, if an item is sold as a set (panty/bra, panty/camisole, panty/tank top sets) we will not accept a return if the panty is worn.
In order for us to maintain our extremely low prices, please remit $5.95 (add an additional $4.95 for Canadian shipments and an additional $14.95 for international shipments) to cover postage and handling of your exchanged
request. All exchanged requests must be received within 20 calendar days from the date your order was shipped. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same item with no postage and handling charges.
